RETURNS & REFUNDS
We like to treat our customers how we would expect to be treated. If you’re not happy with your product or would like to exchange it, we’ll understand... (after a duvet day and tub of ice cream). To request a refund, please contact us and we’ll get back to you with all of the information specific to your country of ordering. We’ll then refund you as soon as the return has been received.
We’re unable to provide free returns for unwanted items or incorrect selections so please choose carefully when shopping.
Personalised items are non-refundable, even if you make a mistake, so please triple check everything is perfect before placing your order!
Here's a tip: The most common request is to exchange a large towel for the bigger XL size for adults. For more information, read our size guide.
If you would like to exchange your items for a different colour or size, we suggest ordering them separately. Then you can then return your unwanted item to us and we will reimburse your original order with a full refund.
Double check that you’re happy with your order before heading to checkout, returns postage of incorrect selection or unwanted orders are at the cost of the customer.
OUR WARRANTY PROMISE
We hold our products to the highest quality standards, because you deserve the very best. If your product is less than perfect within the first 12 month of use (including rips, tears, discolouration, color runs) then we’ll get it replaced, free of charge.
